It is the perfect addition to your gourmet outdoor kitchen, producing a restaurant quality sear every time. The Built-In Flat Top SIZZLE ZONE Head with two Infrared Burners features Napoleon's classic stainless steel wave cooking grids. The SIZZLE ZONE works by forcing gas through a ceramic plate filled with gas, which is then ignited. The ceramic glows red hot, reaching temperatures of 1,800°F in seconds. This is infrared heat. Far less gas is used, saving you time and money on your next grilled meal.
