Your initial response teams always provide quick service and a proposed plan as soon as any damage or claim is reported. Each of the trades assigned by TriMatrix Construction do excellent work, and we are happy with the results.

Most importantly in this type of situation, the administrators, project managers, and the sub-trades, communicated well, and gave accurate information during each step of the process. Very clean and courteous. This communication was very helpful to us, in our reporting and planning.

I am sending this note to acknowledge and praise the fine work done by the people at TriMatix Construction Inc. to complete the finishing of our guest bedroom after the installation of our new engineered hardwood flooring.

Many thanks to Joanne for sourcing the exact same baseboard and shoe mold that was used back in Nov. 2014 when your company did the same work in our master bedroom. Also for her coordination of the work performed despite the dates changing due to issues at our condo complex. Joanne was very pleasant and professional to work with.

The 2 gentlemen (Mario & Alfred) who installed and painted the baseboard and shoe molding on Tuesday May 5, 2015 were timely, organized, talented, thorough and courteous.

They also were very considerate and caring of our belongings when they placed the heavy furniture back into the room and rehung the 2 bi-fold doors on the closet when the job was complete. We were also impressed with the way they removed and disposed of all waste and litter in our unit and any public areas in the condo complex that they came in contact with.

We are very pleased with the finished product .
